We didn't know this when we asked her to build my kitchen, but we've discovered it to be true throughout this process. And it has truly been a 'process'! We never knew how much thought went in to making a kitchen, but she was there with us, every step of the way. Her constant focus was two-fold: First, making sure that EVERYTHING in my kitchen was built with ME and my needs as a cook in mind. She even built my bottom cabinets 2 inches higher because I'm a tall woman! How cool is that?
Second, every time she asked me to make a decision about how I wanted something, she reminded me that I should never have any regrets about my kitchen. And in the end, the result is that I have a kitchen that is beyond my wildest dreams!
Rocky really went above and beyond in maximizing the functionality of my kitchen: voluminous spice storage, soft-close doors and drawers, pull-outs for EVERYTHING to include my pots, lids, Kitchenaid mixer, food processor, under-sink storage, and my wonderful pantry and mop pull-out! Plus, her attention to detail has been remarkable, from my seeded glass upper cabinets to my self-opening trash & recycling bins and flush-mount compost bin! And don’t get me started on my door and drawer hardware!
I take time out every morning before going to work, just to look at my kitchen and marvel at all the wonderful details that Rocky put into it. She has been a true blessing and we love her for it!"
